📈 Chart Navigation

• Drag left/right – scroll through candle history
• Mouse wheel – zoom in / out
• Hover over candle – see OHLCV + signal tooltip
• Click signal arrow – pin tooltip

• Pause button – freeze chart position (live data still runs in background)

⏱ Timeframes

Select 1m, 5m, 15m, or 1h from the chart toolbar. The signal engine recalculates on every timeframe switch. 5m is the recommended default – it balances noise reduction with signal frequency.

🔴🟢 Signal Banner

The coloured bar below the chart toolbar shows the latest signal: type, confidence %, and a brief label. Confidence above 80% = high conviction. Below 65% = watch only.

🔇 When signals are paused

• News windows – signals pause 15 min before/after major macro events (FOMC, CPI, NFP) to avoid trading into news spikes.
• Off-hours – 00:00–05:30 IST. Thin liquidity. Auto AI requires +5% extra confidence.
• Weekends – crypto never closes but liquidity is lower. Auto AI requires +10% extra confidence.

💵 Demo Mode

No exchange connection needed. All trades use a simulated $1,000 balance. Signals, TP/SL, and P&L tracking all work exactly as in Real mode.

💸 Real Mode

1. Connect your exchange API key via + Exchange button.
2. Click the Demo / Real toggle in the top toolbar to switch to Real.
3. Your live balance appears in the wallet chip.
4. Manual BUY / SELL buttons now open a real order confirmation popup.

📋 Market vs Limit Orders

• Market – fills immediately at the current best price. Default.
• Limit – fills only when price reaches your specified level. The position shows as Pending until filled. The app polls every 5s and updates automatically when filled.

📊 TP / SL Inputs

Set TP (Take Profit) and SL (Stop Loss) dollar amounts in the chart toolbar. These are used to calculate target price levels shown in the confirmation popup and tracked in the positions panel.

🤖 Auto AI Plugin

Monitors every live signal and automatically decides whether to trade based on confidence and market conditions.

• Click ⚙ Plugin manager → Auto AI → Configure to open the wizard.
• Set Trade Amount, Auto Trade Min Confidence (default 80%), and Popup Min Confidence (default 65%).
• Signals above Auto threshold → placed automatically. Above Popup threshold → confirmation popup shown. Below both → skipped.
• Off-hours boost: during low-liquidity hours Auto AI automatically raises the confidence threshold by +5% (off-hours) or +10% (weekends).

📌 Fixed TP Plugin

Simpler autopilot – places trades and closes them at fixed dollar TP/SL targets rather than ATR-based trailing stops.

• Set your Trade Amount, Take Profit $, and Stop Loss $ amounts.
• When enabled, fires on any signal above the minimum confidence.

⏰ Timer Plugin

Displays a live countdown clock showing exactly how much time is left before the current candle closes. Visible directly on the chart so you always know when the next candle will form – useful for timing entries and exits around candle boundaries.

📰 News Plugin

Pulls live headlines and sentiment scores for the currently selected pair. Each headline is rated Bullish, Bearish, or Neutral based on NLP keyword analysis. An aggregate sentiment bar shows the overall market mood at a glance.

• News updates automatically when you switch pairs.
• Sources include major crypto news feeds and macro event calendars.
• Auto AI reads the sentiment score – extreme bearish sentiment can raise the confidence bar required before placing a long trade (configurable).

💾 Save / Load Template

Templates let you save your entire plugin configuration – trade amount, TP/SL levels, confidence thresholds, timer windows – as a named preset and restore it instantly.

• Save template – Click Save Template in the Plugin manager, give it a name (e.g. "BTC scalp 5m", "Gold swing"). Configuration is stored locally.
• Load template – Click Load Template, pick a saved preset from the list. All plugin settings are restored in one click.
• Templates are stored in your browser's localStorage – they persist across sessions but are device-specific.
• Useful for quickly switching between setups for different pairs, timeframes, or market conditions without re-entering values each time.

⚠️ Plugin Safety

• All plugins start OFF every launch – you must manually enable them each session.
• Plugins are disabled automatically when Real mode is active (safety lock).
• Plugin state (config) is saved in localStorage but ON/OFF is never saved.

🔗 Connecting Your Exchange

1. Click "+ Exchange" in the top-right toolbar.
2. Select your exchange tab.
3. Paste your API Key and API Secret.
4. Click "Connect & validate" – the app tests your key live.
5. Switch to Real mode to see your live balance.

🌐 Supported Exchanges

• Binance – Full support: live data, balance, market + limit orders.
• Bybit – Full support: live data, balance, market + limit orders.
• CoinDCX – Live data + balance. Orders coming soon.
• Upstox – Indian stock broker. Live data + balance via daily OAuth. Requires re-login each day.
• Dhan – Indian stock broker (NSE/BSE, F&O). Full support: live data, balance, positions, orders. Access token lasts ~30 days.
• Angel One – Indian stock broker (SmartAPI). Full support: live data, balance, positions, orders. Auto-login via TOTP 2FA.
• OctaFX – Forex & CFDs via MT5 bridge (global edition only). 28+ pairs.

🔑 Upstox / Pepperstone Daily Login

These brokers issue access tokens that expire each day. When the yellow banner appears at the top of the dashboard, click "Login for today". This opens a popup to their OAuth page – log in and it closes automatically. You're connected for the rest of the day.

📊 Top Bar — Right Side

• Demo / Real toggle – Switches between simulated (Demo) and live exchange (Real) trading mode. In Demo, all trades use a virtual $1,000 balance. In Real, orders are sent to your connected exchange using real funds.
• 💰 Wallet chip – Displays your current balance (Demo or Real). Click it to manually refresh your live exchange balance.
• ⇄ Switch – Disconnects the current exchange and lets you reconnect a different one without logging out.
• + Server Exchange – Opens the exchange connection panel to add or update your broker API credentials (Binance, Bybit, Dhan, Angel One, etc.).
• ⏻ (Power icon) – Logs you out of Signal Marksman AI.
• ↻ (Refresh) – Fetches the latest candles from your exchange or server and redraws the chart. Same as pressing F5.
• 🔔 (Bell) – Opens the Telegram notification settings. Configure your bot token and chat ID to receive signal alerts directly in Telegram.
• 🧩 (Puzzle) – Opens the Plugin Manager to enable/configure Auto AI, Fixed TP, Timer, News, and other plugins.
• ? (Help) – Opens this Help & Guide panel.

📁 Asset Category Tabs (Top Left)

• Crypto – Switch to cryptocurrency pairs (BTC, ETH, BNB, etc.) from Binance or Bybit.
• Gold – Switch to XAU/USDT gold pairs.
• FX – Switch to forex pairs (visible when OctaFX/MT5 bridge is connected).
• Spot / Perp toggle – Inside Crypto mode: switch between spot markets and perpetual futures.
• Equity – NSE/BSE stocks (Indian brokers: Dhan, Angel One, Upstox).
• Indices – Nifty 50, Bank Nifty, Sensex index charts.
• F&O – Futures & Options contracts (Indian brokers).
• Commodity – MCX commodity contracts (Indian brokers).
• Currency – USD/INR and other currency derivatives (Indian brokers).

⚙️ Chart Toolbar

• 1m / 5m / 15m / 1h – Timeframe selector. The signal engine recalculates every time you switch. 5m is the recommended default.
• 🤖 AI Market Insights – Toggles the AI-ranked daily picks sidebar. Shows today's top intraday and investment opportunities based on momentum and technicals.
• Amt $ – Trade amount in USD (or INR for Indian brokers). Used for order sizing when you click BUY or SELL.
• TP $ – Take Profit in dollar value. Sets the profit target for the trade, shown in the order confirmation popup and tracked in Positions.
• SL $ – Stop Loss in dollar value. Sets the maximum loss allowed for the trade.
• MIS / CNC / NRML – Order product type (Indian brokers only). MIS = intraday (auto square-off at 3:20 PM). CNC = delivery/hold overnight. NRML = F&O normal margin.
• ▲ BUY – Places a buy order at the current market price using the Amt, TP, and SL values. Opens a confirmation popup in Real mode.
• ▼ SELL – Places a sell order. In Demo mode, closes any open long position. In Real mode, places a short or exit order.
• 🕐 Session – Toggles intraday session highlight bands on the chart (e.g. pre-market, regular hours, after-hours zones).
• ⊞ Split – Enables split-chart view: two charts side by side so you can compare two pairs or timeframes simultaneously.

📋 Bottom Panel Tabs

• Positions – Lists all currently open trades with live unrealised P&L. Each row shows entry price, TP/SL levels, and a close button.
• Trade History – Complete log of all past trades: entry/exit prices, duration, and final P&L.
• P&L – Daily profit/loss breakdown chart and summary table.
• Portfolio – Holdings overview and account balance breakdown (Real mode only).
• News – Live headlines and sentiment scores for the current pair, powered by the News Plugin.
• 📈 Movers – NSE Market Movers panel. Switch between ▲ Gainers, ▼ Losers, and 📊 Volume (top 10 most traded). Click Chart on any row to load that stock into the chart instantly.
